Bookings, Late Arrivals & Cancellations.

Bookings.

Online Voucher bookings can only be made by phone or email. Bookings made through our online booking system will not be accepted. If you book in for a full priced treatment and have a voucher, you will be asked to pay the price of the treatment you have booked in for upon your arrival at our clinic. 

All other bookings can be made either in person at our clinic, by phone, email or online.

To ensure you are able to book your requested day & time, we encourage clients to book in advance.

Bookings for groups, parties and treatments over two hours must be booked either in person or by phone only and will require a 50% deposit at time of booking. This deposit can be paid over the phone with a credit card, in store or by bank transfer. The balance of this booking will be required 7 days prior to the booked time.

 

Late Arrivals.

If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly.  If you do not arrive for your booking, your Gift Certificate will be void and your online voucher will be redeemed (As per online voucher Terms and Conditions). You will not be able to re-book for these appointments.
 

Cancellations.

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
